The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.If any items or parts of the the shipment are found to be missing or defective, Mistaway will ship replacement items by ground shipping. If the customer requires other than ground shipping, additional shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
