The Blow Off Box unit helps to collect coolant mist, chips, and particulates as you blow off parts with a compressed air gun.
Typically parts are blown off with compressed air to remove coolant and chips after a machining operation.
Parts are blown off either in the machine enclosure (causing downtime) or removed from the machine and blown off outside the machine and into the shop environment, spraying coolant and chips into the air and on the floor and walls of the shop.
The Blow Off Box provides for a productive, safe, and clean method to blow off parts and helps protect operators from problems associated with coolant mist exposure and inhalation.
